Establishment & Marketing of our ‘HI-TEC’ BRAND Valves all over the world in the near future.
FOUNDRY UNIT: Planning are already afoot for establishment of Technologically Upgraded FOUNDRY for Castings of valves as designed and developed our own R& D Department . This will greatly help in reduce our dependance on other Foundries and also save our waiting time. For this purpose a suitable land has already been acquired and the same is expected to be completed by end 2014.
FORGING UNIT: A forging unit is also planned to be set up within next two years , for Manufacturing of Forged valves and forged Components.
Plans are also ready to establish Valves Reconditioning Unit in Mumbai & Bokaro in India as per the customers requirement to cater to the needs of the customers. This will be so planned to take care of the customers in Western and Eastern India.
Tie-ups are planned with various World & Asian Majors for Valves Reconditioning and also Valves Manufacturing. Talks are on for Supply of machined components in mass quantities on either conversion or production basis.
Our Planning in Production area:- As per our plan we have already achived the targeted Production of 1500# and 2500# Class, High Pressure and High Temperature Valves.
Within the next 10 years we have plans to establish ONE Branch in each Country in the Gulf and in Asia. Already we have achieved a milestone in this regard by establishing a Branch at Malaysia in the name and style of M/s HI-TEC VALVES (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD IN OUR OWN PRESMISES in Malaysia to cater to the requirements of countries alike Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Bruney, etc.,
